Ensure your skates or gear are in brand-new, unused condition with all original packaging and tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Securely pack your items in a shipping box to protect the original skate box, then attach the provided prepaid shipping label.
